Q: If we don´t choose the Airport Pick up and we choose the pick up location "Marina Food Supermarket, 10122 Bandley Dr. Cupertino, CA 95014" we both get this free SF city tour - How is that going to work out? We´ll be at that location with our baggage at 8.20 am. Will we first go to the Hotel and check in and leave our bags there or will we do the SF city tour first and get to the Hotel after? And is is possible to do the SF city tour if we chose to get picked up from the Airport? How much does it cost in that case? So if we arrive at the airport before 11am we will be picked up from the airport and have the San Francisco City tour for free. If we arrive at the airport after 11 am then we´ll still be picked up for free from the airport but we won´t be able to make the San Francisco city tour, is that correct? Thank you for your help!

In order to take the free San Francisco Tour you will meet the tour guide at Marina Food Supermarket,10122 Bandley Dr. Cupertino, CA 95014 at 8:20am.
You will have your luggage with you and will be left in the bus while you take the City Tour.
After the City tour you will be taken to the hotel to check-in.
In order to join the free San Francisco Tour from the airport you will have to arrive before 11am.
Arrivals into SFO past 11:00 am will be taken to the hotel for check in, but no city tour will be provided.

Q: Hello, we are 5 person (parent with 3 children (14,12,8 years old), need to confirm some details; 1) how much we have to pay for the total of this tour if we prefer to stay in one family room (e.g.two queen size bed room)? Quad 282 x 4 ?? 2) we arrive LAX on June 12 at 8040pm and would like to join this tour on 14-20 June, planning to stay 2 nights each before and after the tour in Anaheim with walking distance to disneyland, IF we book the hotel extension by ourselves...DO we still get free airport transfer?? also pick up and drop off at the same hotel after tour ?? Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.Child price only applies to children in between the ages 2-9 years old.
You will have to book 2 rooms
Room 1: 3 adults
Room2: 1 adult 1 child
Total amount: $1,738 (2 double beds in each room)
We can still provide you airport pick-up on June 14th if you book your own hotel.
The group will arrive back into the Los Angeles area between 6:00pm-6:30pm. Guests will be dropped
off at LAX on the last day of the tour.
We suggest you book the pre tour extension with us at the Howard Johnson Hotel Fullerton (offers shuttles to Disneyland Parks) so we can arrange for an early pickup for you out of LAX for an additional $30.00 only. For your post tour, you can arrange your extensions at the same hotel in which case we will be able to arrange a drop off for you at the property, but you will have to arrange your own transportation back to the airport after your stay.

Q: Hi, I have several questions about this trip. 1. On the first day, since there is no LA day tour offered for this package, is there any way that we can go on a tour by ourselves? Is there any trasportation or any way that we can get to Hollywood, Beverly Hills and stuff? If there is, is it safe to go out on our own? We will be arrived at LAX around 11 AM on 20th of May. 2. For the Grand Canyon tour, what kinds of opportunities do we have? Is there any way that we can do helicopters or airplane tour to see the view? Do we have enough time for that? 3. What time do we arrive at Las Vegas on 2nd and 3rd day? Do we have enough time to watch one show and do night tour on the same night? Also, if we can get tickets for different shows other than the optional ones, are we allowed to go and see different shows? 4. I am leaving on the 5th day, so are there any hotels on your extension lists that are closed to LAX airport? Any recommendation? If so, do they offer the 24 hours shuttle to LAX airport? because we are leaving really early on the 5th day. Also, if there is one that is close to LAX and offers 24 hours shuttle to LAX, can we be dropped off at that hotel on the 4th day instead of LAX airport? I mean, I guess we can go back to LAX with everyone and take the shuttle to the hotel, but I just want to know if that is possible to get dropped off at the hotel. On your arrival to the airport you will be picked up and be taken to the hotel.You will not have a tour on your arrival but you are free to roam around the city if you wish.
You will have to arrange your own transportation and you can take a taxi to Hollywood which is about a 30 minute drive from the hotel.
Approximately 3.5 hours of sightseeing time will be allotted for the visit to the Grand Canyon National Park.
An IMAX feature viewing is one of the attractions available at the Grand Canyon National Park:
Grand Canyon National Park IMAX Movie Ticket ($13.00 per adult, $11.00 per child)
Helicopter rides will not be offered as optional tours on this package.
You will be arriving in Las Vegas in the evening for day 2 and day 3. It would be best to purchase any show tickets with the guide, as the tour will not guarantee a schedule that will accommodate any pre arranged reservations outside the tour package.
We can offer hotel extensions at the Comfort Inn Cockatoo LAX that offers shuttle service to and from LAX.

If you wish to depart from Las Vegas you will have to self dismiss out of the hotel on the third day of the tour.You will not get to visit the Ethel M Chocolate Factory nor the Fashion Outlet Shopping center.
This package payment will not cover:
- All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals; however, you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges
- Admission to West Grand Canyon with a lunch $80.00/person (This fee must be paid on tour.)
- Optional tours (Prices may vary due to different seasons and is subject to the final price on the box office.):
-Las Vegas Night Tour ($25.00/person)
-Las Vegas Jubilee Show ($78.00/person)(not allowed for children)($83/person from 04/01/2013)

The admission to the Grand Canyon West is mandatory and must be paid on the day of the tour.The cost $80.00/per person includes the admission to the Grand Canyon and lunch will also be
provided.
Transportation for the 2nd day of the tour will not be provided if you are unable to pay for the $80.00 admission fee.
